This is my second time reloading so I still have a lot to learn. This time I measured some factory ammo and then measured the fired cases but I am a little confused by the readings I am getting ( or I am misunderstanding/ reading wrong)

This is a Tikka T3x rifle.

Here is the Factory loaded ammo, in the Whidden gauge it reads GO .004 and on the Hornady headspace gauge it reads 3.625

Now after I fired it, in the Whidden gauge it reads GO .000 and on the Hornady headspace gauge it reads 3.623

Does it make any difference what the factory loaded ammo was compared to when I fired it? Do I need to take the Whidden GO .000 and Hornady 3.622 and FL resize it to GO -.002 & 3.621 ?
Everything I have read says the brass will grow, but the way I am seeing it is that the headspace is shrinking after I fire it. Do I just throw the factory ammo measurements out and only worry about the readings the fired brass is giving?

Different tools are going give different numbers and references. Just stick to one of them to keep everything consistent. Just make sure you bump the shoulder back .001-.003 for a bolt gun.
