Resizing problem 30-06 and small base sizer die

Tried resizing some 30-06 brass for my Garand with a RCBS x-Die small base sizer and I keep getting a dent below the shoulder.
I trimmed .02 under the trim length as suggested. Anyone give me any insight as to what is going on? TIA

Too much lube or you didn’t let it dry enough if it’s a solution. The liquid has no where to go and the brass is the softest so it pushes in there.
 
Yep, you're right. That was it. I lightly wiped off some of the lube (lanolin & HEET mixture) and all size fine now! Thanks for the tip!
Now, are the dented brass now trash or usable?
 
Dents like that will fire out just fine. If you have any that dented so much so that they made an actual crease then I would toss those.
