all work was done by hand, no power polishing of any sorts as thats how i was taught to do it.

Looks like you know how to work on revolvers. I need to work out a day to get mine to you. Nice work BTW

files, then stones, then paper up to 1200, then flitz to round it off.

quite a bit of draw filing was needed on the woodsman.

stones were my go to in the small difficult recesses of the revolver.

I used birchwood casey rust remover to get a bulk of the original blueing off to save the sandpaper from getting gunked up.
