When you get to the match, all will be made clear...

OK, serially...

The target is designed with the same MOA ring diameters as the F Class rules, but uses ring values the same as the older style military V target, i.e. 3, 4, 5 pts, and a V ring inside the 5. The field surrounding the 3 ring is valued at 2pt.
