For the purpose of hold-overs, wind holds and judging antler spread/body size in combination with a laser rangefinder. What do you find the easiest to use in the hunting field, moa or a mil based reticle.

To me mil is easier to use since its base-10 ........ makes for simple calculations.

Both mil and hold over can be very effective but the single most important key for both is practicing with them so you become faster/more accurate.
