I have some 185 grainers. I also picked up some Retumbo for shits and giggels. What do you think a good starting point could be? I have used IMR-4895 and 165s before. I just want another hard hitting load... Thanks

I got it for my 7MM Mag and .243. I thnk that I will use RL19. Any thaughts?

R19 would be ok. I like IMR 4350 for the '06, and R22 is a good one for the heavier bullets.

Retumbo is way too slow, R22 is still too slow for it really, you have to put a lot of compression into a full case of R22 to get near max velocities with a 190, and even then, you're still probably not going to get there.
You want some H4350 around 55gr (start) to sling those along, my 178 load is not the max pressure at 57gr but it's the most accurate. With RL22 I can get 3000fps, with the H4350 I get 2940 and just a smidge better accuracy.
Look in the Reloading Depot subforum, there's data on RL19 in there I think.
