Night Vision Rico 35 good match for lever gun?

Looking for a low mounting thermal for lever action, as cheek weld is fairly low and kinda set without pads etc.. Lowest looking and one interested in is the Rico 35, could also be used as handheld for my .308 rig with the Halo LR, and vise versa. Thoughts, other similar that mount close to receiver and in same pricing neighborhood + -

You might be better off with the Iray Tube TL35V2 if it'll go on a lever gun. It'll mount lower. You could do a QD mount to use it as a handheld.
