Rifle Scopes Ring Height Change

Hey Guys,

Just wondering what to expect when changing ring height...I know I'll have to re-zero I'm just wondering if it really is a big deal going up in height by a 1/10th of an inch.

The issue being I had borrowed a pair of rings from a friend and they are Badger Ordnance .823" rings. He needs them back but will sell me a pair of TPS rings that he has that are .925".

Should I get the same Badgers or will there be not too much of a difference between the two sets?

From the info you provided my guess is that there wont be a ton of change, yea you will have to rezero and some dope may be a hair different.

What weapon and optic are we talking about?

It would be on a Savage 10FP with a SuperSniper 10x.
