Rifle Scopes Ring height confusion

I have read the “Ring Height Info” thread, numerous other threads and asked a lot of people but I received a lot of different answers. I have the following:
SPS Tactical AAC-SD
Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50
Warne 0 MOA base

I want to get Mark4 Medium rings but I’m unsure. Some people told me I should get the high rings, some said the mediums are more than enough, some recommended other brands……

My aim is to mount the scope as low as possible with enough room for Butler Creek caps.

Please help

I don't know what height Mark4 Med are. But I used a .885 NF ring for a 56mm NF scope on top of a 20MOA base and SPS Tactical. Fits perfectly.

Read the "Ring Height info-How to measure correctly" above. It is a sticky topic, the first one in this forum. It tells you how to do it.

Medium is just fine for a 50mm bell, but you have to remember when measuring that you will have to measure the outside diameter of the objective, and not go by the manufacturers advertisement of the inside diameter.
