Ring height help

Long time lurker-knowledge seeker

I do mostly 3 gun and dabble in the occasional PRS to test myself and my gear.

Here is my dilemma,
Rem 700 308 AAC in Magpul hunter
Weaver 20 moa base

I have inbound a Vortex Razor HD Gen 2 4.5-27.
I am thinking I need a set of good 1.1 or higher rings.
What do you all suggest in both ring height and brand.

I appreciate the help. It’s a general purpose rifle. Hunting and occasional PRS duty.
