Rifle Scopes Ring Height

I have American Precision Arms doing a .308 Build on a Surgeon Action.
I'm going to use a Nightforce 5.5-22x50 or 5.5-22x56. I have not purchased the scope yet.
What is the correct Ultralite ring height. 1.125" ?

My other rifle is a Remington action with Badger base and Leupold MK4 rings.

What base and begree of MOA?

The Surgeon action has 20MOA base built in.
I have to find my build sheet to find the contour for the bbl.

7.5 contour
