Rifle Scopes Ring question on a new GAP build

Guys,

GAP are building a .338 Norma Mag for me and I want to get everything ordered and delivered to me prior to delivery of the rifle so I dont waste any time.

Question is:

What height rings (either Badger or Seekins) am I going to need to get my 5-25 PMII mounted as low as I can but still have clearance. Standard #7 (??) contour barrel but a 30 MOA rail on top of the Templar action.
