Rifle Scopes ring selection

Looking to mount a SS 3-9x42 (30 mm tube)on a 20moa rail. rifle is 300 wm, so non-zero recoil...

Have identified Seekins, Vortex and TSR as good choices around $95-120.

USO has rings that I am sure are great, but $210?
Badger and Leupold also seems expensive, for $150-170.

any other quality brands?

Nightforce. They are on par with the badger though price wise.

Had good luck with the Badger, Nightforce and Leupold rings.
