Rifle Scopes Ring torque Question...

Hey guys,
Well I have been using a warne torque wrench for 25 inch lbs on my OBR mount for my Premier optic. Turns out that is just a wee to much and the parallax adjustment was not working. Anyways Premier when I sent it in re torqued my front ring to 15in/lbs but left my rears at 25.

My question is this: do you see any problems running two different torques on the rings? The reason 15 inch lbs is out of the game for the rears is I only have a 25 inch lb wrench.

15 inch lbs if rings are aluminum..

25 if steel

Take the "L" shaped torx that comes with the rings and hold the small end and tighten as much as you can by hand. That's about 15 in/lbs.

15-20 in/lbs is a good place for ring caps. I wouldn't go anymore no matter what the material they are made of.
