I have been looking all over but cant find the weight difference in Nightforce ultralights and badger steel rings. All I can find is that the NF says they are 1/3 the weight of steel rings. 1/3 of how much and is that 1/3 of other NF rings or what??? Does anyone know how much difference there really is?? Thanks

What platform are they going on? Are you going to be hiking with this rifle? I prefer my rings to be on the heavy side because it mainly goes from truck to bench/ground with the rare short hike. You won't be able to tell a huge difference between the two, but if you are trying to shave weight wherever you can you may as well get the Nightforce Ultralights because they do weigh less.
