Gunsmithing Rings of choice

I am mounting a new NF F1 scope and wanted to know if the factory NF rings that come with the scope are the ones to go with. This is a 5.56 gas gun. I have a new set of PRI rings and wanted to get some of your input. I wanted to reduce the possibility of damaging the tubes. Thanks

On an AR the rings that come with it may not be tall enough since they are made more for a bolt action with a 20moa base.
