I am not a sniper and I don't play one on TV. But I do have a Rem LTR .308 and I have a new Leupy VX-3i LRP 6.5-20x50mm (30mm) Side Focus MOA FFP inbound.

I have been using TPS rings with good effect.

Any other rings that are better for the same money?

A lot of guys on here use vortex rings, and I have a set myself. They are built very solidly, and work pretty good. They are in the middle as far as price goes, not cheap, but lower than badger and other good rings. I think they are a good value for their price. And long long ago, in a galaxy far away, I was Navy EOD.

Thanks. I will check out Vortex. And I almost forgot how to spell EOD.

Right. I ordered Seekins rings. Mostly because I read Glen Seekins simple instructions and guide on how to select rings.

Good choice. Been using Seekins rings since late 2004 and they are excellent. Seekins makes the Vortex Precision Matched rings for Vortex so you know.
