Rifle Scopes rings with rails?

Hay guys, I'm looking for some rings for a 30mm tube that have a cqb rail to mount a micro dot. Either on top or canted to the side. I've seen them but i'm looking for a manufacture.

Burris has some in their XTR line. Not sure how deep your pocket books are, but most people say they're decent quality for the money.
