Rifle Scopes RIngs

I have two sets of rings that I could use on an upcoming build. The build is a Remington 700P in a B&Ca5 that will sport a Harris 6-9 (swivel), SWFA 5-20, LaRue 20 MOA base and either LaRue Ultra Low rings or Seekins rings.

Which would you use for this bolt action build and why? Both sets will get used, with the set not going on this one going on the Springfield M21.

Both are good rings, so I would base the decision on what ring accomodates the M21 cause M14s are uber-picky when it comes to mounting scopes. I put a USO 1.8-10x44 on my M1A and the ocular bell too large to mount properly, so SEI milled out the first 2 rail sections to accomodate the scope. Otherwise, I would have been stuck having to use higher rings.
