Riton X5 vs Midas Tac?

Does anyone have any first hand experience with the Riton X5?
I have been thinking about the midas tac but I put my hands on a X5 today and it seemed to be a nice scope but I can't find lot of information.

Honestly I'm not sure . I have only actually looked in the Riton but the apr4 in the midas is nice from what I see.
