I recently sent an email and no response. Additionally, I called and left a message and no return call. I had a good experience selling a scope to them a year or so ago. They appeared to be a good company; hope they return to business.
I’ve dealt with Robert in the past. Not sure what’s causing the current delay but he is good people. He recently emailed me back after a delay so hopefully he’s getting back at it.
Thanks for the reply. I agree with him being a good guy to deal with however, the current delays in returning emails and phone calls are not good for his business. Hope he can get things back on track.
