RL-17 Powder in cold weather

I am currently playing around with some RL-17 powder for my 6.5-284 Norma. I'm a rookie however and still trying to learn. How will this RL-17 perform in cold weather? Is there a different powder I should be looking at?

about 55 grains of H1000 with the 140VLD would serve you lots better.

RL17 sux for big temp swings. Myself and many others have seen 200+ FPS change in the conditions here in Wyoming and Montana. Sure others have as well.

H-4831 is also great for the 6.5-284.
