RL15 and 175gr SMK

This seems to be a pretty popular load here. What should be my starting charge with RL15,175gr smk, cci 200 primers and LC brass? I also have Win LR primers.

I run 42.8 in lr 07 brass for 2625..like they say pretty close to .5 moa...consistant preformer..
