RND Manufacturing - Still in business? - EDM Barrel Shroud and Bipod

Anyone know if RND Manufacturing is still in business? I sent Lloyd an email a few weeks ago from their website but got no reply.

I'm looking at purchasing a barrel shroud and a bipod for my Windrunner.

Does anyone know another manufacturer of a barrel shroud for these rifles. I know Elite Iron makes a bipod.
