A friend of a friend is working with this company as an engineer.

I like how they scatter after one has been shot.

I think the next step would be to write an algorithm that allowed for targets to utilize a paint ball gun on a hostage whilest moving allowing for co-ordinated firing for incapacitation. That would then demonstrate how successful the co-ordinated live fire exercise was mimicing real hostage scenarios, an interior hardened skeletal structure with sensors might work.
