Rock Solid Stock + Big Horn Arms question

Hey all,

I'l looking to set up the above configuration and was wondering about the tang on the Big Horn tactical action (SA) .223 bolt face. I have a Big Horn tactical in my Manners but Mark Gordon had to do some serious magic with the stock in order for it to sit flush. I'd rather not have the stock machined in order to achieve the same result so was wondering if anyone's put the new 'trim tang' into one of these stocks and what they think about it.
