One new phase that angers me is the creation of special classes of citizens via “hate crimes” laws, laws that elevate sentencing if victim is police, judge etc.

All lives should have equal value. The little old lady at the store is just as important as anyone else and often less capable of self defense.

I am also concerned about the bias with charges of hate crimes. It seems that a hate crime cannot happen to a white person.

I don't know about that the vast majority of hate crimes over 60% are against Jews, and they mostly have white colored skin.

Hate crimes cannot happen to a White Christian Normal Sexual Male.

Now for the rest, it depends on who is doing the crime and are they higher or lower in the "protected" classes.

46.4‬% of hate crime offenders were not white in 2018 I have to assume some of those were against white Christian males.

So does that mean 53.6% were white?................

76.5% of the population is white though, so I don't think that that number shows whites being disproportional accused of hate crimes.
