You may remember back a ways that a poor homeless dude in North Philly got beaten, went into a coma, and died seven months later, all because some kid lied and told his folks that he got run off by the victim and prevented from hustling tips at the pumps. Said folks piled into a minivan and beat the living fuck outta this guy, a half a block from where I used to work eons ago.

Well, justice is slow and may be inadequate, but it's coming soon.

Back in the day I parked 30 feet to the left of those pumps, on the street. Innocent human life is worth defending.
