RRA lar15... whats it worth?

I'm trying to sell this for a friend, but with all the craziness lately I don't want to ask too little or too much. He's in desperate need for money and really doesn't want to sell it but I guess I'm looking for a current market value.

I have it listed a few places but I may be asking too much.

This gun is in near mint condition. Under 500rds fired. Mostly sat in the safe for the last few years.

Original instruction manual
Quad rail
Forward Grip
3 used 30rd mags
One NEW 30rd mag
Desert tan adjustable stock
Sight Mark brand red dot sight

The honest response would be, how much profit does he want.
It would sell right now on here for $1600.00. He should get all his money back. Asking $2000.00 for it shouldn't get you flamed.
Like you said, he needs cash, it would be worth it opening a gun broker account, start it at $2500.00. It's a sellers market for sure!
