RRA Lar8 Delivery Time

I ordered a RRA lar8 Varmint A4 back around 3/10/11 and still have not recieved it. I have called RRA 2x and was told they are waiting on barrels. Is this normal for RRA. I was thinking about ordering a 223 but I am not sure about RRA. Any input or other recommendations would be appreciated.

Unless you got a good deal direct from them, just get on gunbroker and get one.

I'll check that out for the 223. I feel kind of committed on the Lar8. I ordered it through a good friend of mind who is a licenced dealer.
I'll check out gunbroker for a 223. What gun would you recommend?

I just bought an LR-8 A-4 varmint. Love the gun, got a better than online price at a Houston gunshow. Paid the lady and walked out with it. No waiting ! Initially put LMT rear sight on it with a flip up front. This thing is a tack driver. Just got a Vortex PTS 2.5-10 for it.

I ordered on in May and received it exactly 60 days later, same rifle.
