This was my personal tripod and was used in about 15 PRS matches.
tripod was mainly used to call impacts with binos. I have shot off of it and it supports my 24-pound rifle just fine with a good ball head and center support collapsed.
I used a RRS BH40 ballhead on this tripod. I have over 100 positive feedback as seller on GB where this is also listed FS along with various other forums. Id be happy to verify for someone interested in the tripod.
