I have to say that I'm just about sick of winter, and I'm sure most of us are. Seems like everytime I have a day off or the weekend off it's just one bad weather forecast after another, and this year they seem to be on the money with their forecast's, (unfortunately).

Regardless of the weather tomorrow I'm going to go shoot my February Sniper's Hide "short range" 25 yard matches, (Aperture and Open Iron Sights.)

This is one of my favorite rifles. Ruger 10/22 with ATI Fiberforce stock, and its been a joy to shoot (the few chances I've had since putting this stock on my Ruger a few months ago. I really like the pistol grip and overall feel of this stock.

Anyone else running these Fiberforce RUG3000 on their 10/22? I think for the money they're a heck of stock with a lifetime warranty I'm told.

Joe,
Do the stocks seem to be pretty sturdy & hefty? I have considered getting one but haven't got to actually handle one or don't know anybody who has. They seem like thay would be a good one for acarrying around on a 4 wheeler.

To me they seem durable.

The top handguard seems like it could develope into a weak area as it snaps on, but after installing mine I put electrical tape around it and then cut a couple 3/4" pieces from an old bicycle inner-tube (so I really don't need the tape anymore) and put that over the tape to aid in help holding the upper guard on in case a problem should crop up. So far I've not had any trouble.

What you see in the picture (excluding the magazine) the rifle weighs 5 pounds. I do feel the Ruger stock magazines work better with this application as those Butler Creek 25 round one's kind of get in the way.

The overall fit of the stock is good I feel. The pistol grip feels good to me. I feel for what they are asking for the stock along with the lifetime warranty, it's a pretty good deal.
