Anybody know how hard it is to rebarrel a ruger #1. I dont even know if you can so I fugured I would ask you guys. If you can does anyone know of the company that makes the barrels. Thanks

You most certainly can.
I would get in touch with Douglas Barrels in West Virginia (I have had Tim and the guys do barrel jobs for me on various rifles over the years and their barrels and service are excellent).
Also, Pac-Nor rebarrels No.1 rifles for an additional charge. Pac-Nor barrels are also excellent barrels although I have never had them work on a rifle personally.
