Ruger gunscout mags same as other models or unique

I am wondering if the Ruger gunscout mags are the same as other models or unique to this brand and rifle only? In other words are they the same as a M1A or any other .308 mag on the market? I am guessing they are unique and only work in that model. Thanks PG
