Sidearms & Scatterguns Ruger pistol gunsmith in N. CO?

A friend of mine is having strange troubles with a P90 and was wondering if I knew of a gunsmith in between Denver and Cheyenne that knows how Ruger pistols are suppose to work?

Any recommendations?
