This YouTube user made a short clip from a popular Russian movie. The film was about Russia's female snipers in WW2. Unlike what we would expect here in a movie regarding this subject, instead of big tits and sex their latest films are pretty much fact based. This clip was part of the movie which focused on Aliyah Efrejtor Moldagulova of the Russian 54th Rifle Brigade. She started out as an aviation cadet in 1942 but transferred to a sniper billit after special training as a sniper in June 1943. By the time of her death, due to machinegun fire in January 1944 at age 19 while she was supporting an infantry attack, her verified tally was 91, actual well over 200 counting non-confirmed (yep... that's in only 7 months on the line, she had 32 confirmed in the first 3 months). In June 1944 she was awarded the title "Hero of the Soviet Union". In her native Kazakhstan she is a national heroine. She's known there as "Alyiah" which was her professional name as a ballet dancer before the War.
Although lacking lots of special effects, most of the recent WW2 films in Russia are pretty good. And, increasingly, they don't gloss over Stalin's mismanagement and purges that cost their country millions of lives unnecessarily. Check out some of the other video's on this guys page...interesting.
