Rifle Scopes S&B 3-12x50 PMII military. Help!!!

got tons of questions...
first of all i got the bikini top as covers with the scope. i was wondering if i could purchase the caps pictured below or does it come with some scopes?

Also plan on using a KAC one piece rings. any suggestions on how to mount this combo on an MK11 mod0?
I am a newbie so please go in to full detail.

Those caps came with the USMC marked scopes. To my knowledge can't be purchased.
