I have a chance to pick up a S&B 5-25x56 with the MSR reticle. Those of you with any experience or opinion of the MSR, can you comment on your likes, dislikes, and recommendations. Thanks in advance...

I posted same question about 3 weeks ago (probably can find it by searching under my ID)as I have a 5-25 MSR on order. All reviews were for the most part positive. I sense some considered it a little too anal as far as ranging needs go. I was concerned it may be a little to busy inside there but the consensus was its manageable.
I assume you have Googled and watched the Finn Accuracy video. If not, do so - skip the data book handjob - and watch the ranging excercises.

Can't find anything not to like with the MSR reticle. I sort of fell into one as that was what was on the shelf w/o a wait when I ordered my PMII 5-25.
Too busy? No. Just look at what you need to use. Most of the time the cross hair is enough. Nice to have the milling features if need be.
