Looks like the thickness of the center crosshair is .2 moa which would equate to roughly 5.45" at 2000 meters

Wondering how much the reticle covers at 1800-2000 meters. Would a human torso be covered if you are extended out to 20-25 or would I need a finer reticle?

Hmm.
0.05mrad hair line thickness =

5mm@100m
50mm@1000m
100mm@2000m

100mm = 3.93"

450mm wide torso would be covered by hairline at 9000m (9km = 5.59miles) or further distances.
300mm or 11.8" head-size target is covered from 5000m (3.1miles) or further.
So no, I would feel pretty safe to say that 2000mm torso shooting is well doable with good safety margin.
