Been searching for a trigger guard for a S&W 916 12 gauge for some time.
If you are familiar, the weak link in these old pump guns was that the draw bolt for the stock bolted into a boss on the trigger guard housing. Being made of what looks like pot metal (or aluminum) they were prone to break off at the threaded boss as this one has.
Searched high and low (Numrich doesn't have them, done looked) and can't find one. Would like to get this old gun back in service. If anyone has a lead on a trigger guard, or complete assembly, I'd appreciate help in locating one!
