Gunsmithing SA BDM on LA action?

Hi,

Does anyone know if a BDM for a short action (like the surgeon bdm) will fit on a long-action receiver?

Found an action, bought it, and found out it was LA instead of SA. Impulsive buys, yeah I know...

Uh...no.

It will NOT work at all, but thankfully you can always try to get a long action DBM.

The M24 from Badger Ordnance is a LA rem 700 DBM but the magazine is for SA .308 win family
