Short Action Customs built barreled action. Tikka action and tuned trigger. 20” Bartlein medium Palma with deep flutes chambered in 6.5 CM 1:8 twist. Barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and includes seamless brake. Less that 100 rounds fired.
