Is this a good deal for 650 ish. Wood stock supposed low round count. No optics.

If it is what is said that it is, then it is. That was fun. Should shoot, too. If the barrel reads "Bofors steel" then the value is higher.

First heavy barreled rifle I owned was one of these in 22-250. Bofors steel and a beautiful setup with a Unertl on top. Shot lights out.
