I've got a brand new sako trg 42 that needs 14 moa of windage adjustment to zero. Is this considered acceptable? I tried removing and reinstalling the factory base, but the problem remains. This really wouldn't be a big deal if my scope had 60 moa of windage adjustment, but I've currently got a nightforce benchrest scope on it with only 40 moa of windage adjustment total. I've confirmed with two of my scopes and it's obvious even when bore sighting. Would you send it in? Any other recommendations?
