Accessories Salvageable .30 Krieger Barrel

Receiver was destroyed during re-barrel and I'm not sourcing a new one. This has never been shot, and is probably salvageable into a very nice, short .308 or 300 BLK barrel. Was built from a Krieger cut rifled 1-11 .30 blank. Asking 220, shipping is free. All dimensions included in photo below.

So is this barrel messed up on the threads?

And if not, what are the threads? Or else what action was it for?

Was being threaded for a Savage 99E. So probably no use for the threads. Probably best way to handle it is to chop the ends off, flip it around and use the 17.5" blank that remains.
