"The Salvation Army’s ties to “woke” social justice organizations is more extensive than once thought, as they are an official “partner” with the Bail Project.

The discovery was made by the Pro Gun News. The Bail Project is a George Soros-ANTIFA front that works to get violent felons released onto the streets in order to commit more crimes. The American Bail Coalition has exposed this organization at length."

About 3 weeks ago I went to their website for direct contact mailing addresses. I wrote and then mailed a blistering letter to their national director and regional directors including the closest local admin.

Besides telling them how stupid it was for them to veer from their primary mission and get involved in politics, race and social issues I also assured them that I would be actively campaigning against them and trying to discourage anybody in my circles from giving to their contaminated cause.

Total bullshit.

This gave me some context for a radio add I heard last night on the way to work……Salvation Army CEO saying they do not get involved in political or social agendas. He says they are a purely Christian organization with the sole goal of helping people in need. I thought it was odd, as I’ve never heard an add for them prior. Makes sense now. I’m with you Terry….. F ‘em. They chose a side and it isn’t ours. I wonder how many of the people they bail out are putting money in the can outside the Hobby Lobby. Yep, none.

Not really… I have learned not waste my time on Woke Commies. They are my enemy. Folks like that are beyond saving. A big FUCK THEM. And I used to donate clothes and gave money etc. to their organization.
I’m not trying to save them. I’m letting them know why I’m no longer donating, and what donation amount they lost.

About two weeks ago, ms gamboolgal and I wrote them a hand wrote letter via snail mail expressing our disappointment with their Leaderships decision to Politicize the Salvation Army.

We asked for a reply but as today - have not received one.

I am really saddened by this. I just gave them a huge donation.... dammit!!! Never again! You link up with that trash and you are done with me and mine. What a stupid decision! There's plenty of other legit places that help people that isn't involved in attempting to take down our culture and country.

I find good folks in need and give face to face. Fuck the middle man skimming off the top.
Salvation Army USED to be a top go to for me.
For the fact that they ensured a huge % went to help. One of the best records of it actually.

Not a penny from me again.

Stick with local stuff with volunteers or mission work where the dollars do great work.

With the amount of fraud and socialist agenda coming out of many of what would have been considered "good" groups to donate; I'm personally about completely done with donating stuff I'm not using, outgrown/undergrown, tired of, etc. Last two times I donated to our local Downtown Rescue Mission. Admittedly, I take it they truly are for good an not spitting out socialist bullshit.

I've thought about giving to our big dog/cat rescue place; but again, I'm not sure of their stance towards Republicanism vs socialism/Marxism. Too bad even these places are politically driven as helping dogs (especially) is a very worth cause in my eyes.

As a result of all the wokeness of what seems to be all charitable organizations, I think I'm about to say screw the donations/recycling and just use the good old fashioned garbage. Taking a good old Ayn Rand approach.

I've had the urge to say "Go woke, go broke " every time I've passed them. But my wife just tells me to let it be.
Same here, but the rank and file person manning the kettle probably has no idea. I just ended up donating toys to the local church for the locals round here. Plus I can tell you every time I was at Walmart during the holiday shopping season I saw people buying bikes for kids in droves. One guy bought like 40 and another time another guy bought I think 60. So yeah the locals seem to try and take care of their own. i Don’t see myself donating to the Salvation Army or pretty much any other charity until I can see for sure where the money ends up. There are plenty round here that could use the help.

Just an FYI for you and the rest of the fellas in this thread. My local United Way is supporting the same empty the jails radical groups. As a result they are on the list of orgs that do not get any more money from me.

I heard a statement about this so I looked it up and found the local leaders bragging about partnering with SJWs and saying all the cool kid phrases such as "white privilege" and "racial injustice in the justice system". LOL...bye Felicia.

So if you guys give to U. Way, might want to check in on them. The only way to stop this garbage is dry up the donations and let them know why.

I stopped donating to United Way years ago for this reason among others.

Don't "outsource" your charity.

Charity is best when it is direct and personal from the giver to the one in need.

DON'T let anyone play middleman and make the decisions for you on who gets given what and who is "worthy" of charity etc.
Much too often that devolves into the middlemen (governments/organizations/charities/churches/religious groups) using that as a way to control/oppress/enslave those getting the charity and those who get any, often wind up being folks that are professionals at getting it, and those in need but who aren't willing to kowtow to the middlemen and stroke their egos, go without.

For me personally I like to keep my giving to people I decide to directly help.
I often skip the "traditional" needy classes and instead focus on giving what I have extra, to those I know who are working hard and doing the best they can, for whom while they may not actually "need", a gift or such is a blessing and inspiration to them to keep up the good fight and that other faithful ones are thinking of them.

Then in some private groups we'll raise money for specific folks who need assistance for some reason or other, and it's a matter of you know and decide if you want to give and you are sending support directly to that person/family.

Every major foundation and charity is, essentially, riddled with the 'woke' who have spent 30 years worming their way to the top levels.

They now control the reins on hundreds of billions of charity... that they are using to promote socialism and woke causes. And they are doing it with YOUR money whether you give or not. Because these organizations are tax exempt and you don't pay taxes on the donations. So you are paying MORE taxes to make up for the money not being collected. Paying twice!

The ONLY way to stop this is to stop giving to any large charity. United Way, Red Cross, Salvation Army... Any of them. Right now, this even includes a lot of churches, which have gone woke.

Simply put, charity begins at home. Strangle the political organizations masquerading as charities. Of all types. Give nothing.

Want to help? Buy a load of groceries for a local family. Make a car payment for someone who is down on their luck. Do an 'office' collection or something like GGWG.

Starve the charity/social justice/communist machines 100 percent. Take yourself off the 'office' United Way. Don't give to Starving kids in Africa.... it's all a scam. It's all a 'momentary feels good' scam that puts billions of dollars to work against YOU and the Constitution and what America is all about.

Wish I'd seen this on Christmas... Bah humbug commies.

This should be repeated loudly and often!

People essentially are "Buying Virtue" with their donations to these groups but instead what they are actually doing is funding and supporting those bent on enslaving the world.

Thats truly sad.

Im guessing that though this is the 'official' stance from top management it wont filter down to the grass roots local organizations. Most of them, the ones Ive met, while compassionate, are pretty conservative Christians..

I posted a response on the Salvation Army Facebook page when I first heard about their pushing Critical Race Theory. The Salvation Army will not see another penny from me.

There are two local homeless shelters and a food bank that do a lot for needy people and they will get the money I set aside for the Salvation Army in the past.
