Same barrel with different action?

Will I regret doing load development on a barrel on a different action? I have a AI 6br barrel and my AT-X is broke for now. How much will it change being screwed onto my AXSA? Or will it just be a waste of components and time?

A good 6BR should work fine across different actions. How different is an AT-X action vs an AXSA, if it is at all?

I can use the exact same 6BRA load for my wife's LP Fuzion with 24" Brux as I can for my Mausingfield with 28" Krieger. Same components, same charge weight, same COAL, etc.

I would be willing to bet that barrel and load will shoot just as good across those two actions.

Action is the same between the two. One is bonded and one isn't is the only difference.

I think your fine to just go for it.

I personally would have no qualms with doing so.

Well you never really know until you try. Minor headspace differences and barrel timing may affect
the load but I doubt it unless you are running a max load.
