Making the gun owner carry insurance isn't going to solve/fix anything. Again it's not the law abiding citizens that is the problem per say.

Yes accidents do happen but this has nothing to do with stopping criminals at all.

The city will just pocket the other $25 and use it for the bankrupt state of CA!

When I was at the Colorado Legislature during the 2013 gun law battle, they had a law like this pending. It was for so called assault rifles. We beat that one…..
