Bipod is more convenient, when shooting from a bag you do not have the issue of inconsistant bipod loading (vertical stringing). With some trigger time and training, you can all but eliminate the stringing.
Now I am talking about your standard folding bipod, not those big-azz sinclair F-class deals.
As for accuracy, its all in the shooter. If you are looking for something for shooting off the bench then either will do, as well as a front rest (rock Jr).

It depends on what type of rifle you are shooting, type of shooting, and your definition of accuracy. You want to shoot with the gear you will be using in competition, plinking, or hunting.
If the majority of your shooting will be from a concrete bench at a 100-whatever range, then a front rest will be best. There are some with elevation knobs and joysticks to get a precise lock.
If you will be sighting in and working loads at a range, then hunting or shooting in the field, then a bipod http://www.triadtactical.com/Harris-Swivel-Notched.html will be your best choice.
Front bag is just the bare minimum for something to rest your rifle on. Those work fine especially if you have a tupperware stock like the one the SPS comes in.
I use the Harris bipod, I can print sub moa at the indoor range and also get down in the dirt out in the field. My goals are less about shooting bugholes at 100 but more about shooting a consistant submoa at various distances, and environmental conditions.
