My Sanders 6.5 Grendel upper doesnt quite fit into my Bear Creek lower. One take down pin will fit perfectly while the other one will be tight; requiring oil and some light tapping to get into place. I don’t feel comfortable firing this upper on this particular lower. I am now in the market for a dedicated lower for my griddle upper. I was hoping members that own Sanders uppers could suggest a lower that is compatible from your own experience. TIA.

Which pin is tight ?
And why would you not feel comfortable firing the combo ? Is the fit that tight ?... or "off" enough to concern you ?

FWIW... I have numerous tight to snug fitting uppers and lowers, I prefer them.
IMHO, it makes wielding the AR more consistent.
